How do I return an item?
As our customer, your satisfaction is our main concern. If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return it.
To return an unwanted product for a refund or store credit PLEASE SEND ITEM BACK WITHIN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE, along with a "RETURN AND EXCHANGE FORM", filled out accordingly. Please note that our return policy only covers UNOPENED (DVD’s, Compression Shorts, Mouth Guards, Training Masks and Magazines) and UNUSED / UNWASHED products. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED AND IN NEW CONDITION. If an item is returned in unacceptable condition such as, but not limited to stained, washed, trained-in, cover in hair/dander, without original tags, incomplete, missing parts, out of original packaging or smelling odd, the item will be sent back to the customer (customer will be held responsible for shipping costs). Opened packages containing mouth guards, protective cups, compression shorts and training masks are not exchangeable nor refundable for sanitary reasons.
Damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase to be exchanged or refunded.
Refunds generally take 1-6 business days to process.
Store credit will be applied to your account and can be used at any further purchase.Original shipping and handling and return postage charges will not be refunded.
EXCHANGES: If you would like to exchange an item, please send unwanted item back within 30 days from the date of purchase, along with a "RETURN AND EXCHANGE FORM", filled out accordingly. We will contact you for any extra cost such as shipping or product price difference prior processing your exchange request.
